Very nice cottages with a nice team working there. The food in the restaurant was good (both breakfast and dinner). The hot tubs are a very nice way of relaxing. The only bad point is the location. Everything else is fine.

Best ever geographical position if you want to see highlights of Iceland. I can only recommend the place.

Lovely place in the middle of nowhere and perfect to see the northern lights. Every cottage has it's own hot tub and it's well equipped

Loved it! The cottages are cute and spacious, although we stayed at the smallest ones. The outside hot pools were wonderful in a cold winter night. Would Come back.

Nice facilities tidy. Was quite remote which would have been great for watching the Northern lights but we had too much cloud cover. The spa water could have been hotter in the shared spa area. Has microwave, oven and fridge so can keep costs down. Staff were very helpful in reception and advised on places to go such as the secret lagoon which has really hot water and looks rustic. Alsonw well situated for golden circle for golfoss, geyser and the kiro volcanic lake crater. We used as the stop off after the national park so it is great as a stop off after Reykevich.

Fabulous breakfast and very friendly staff. We were passing by and although they were closed, the lady working there offered to make us eggs and bacon. Best breakfast we had in Iceland. Thank you Sunna!

Decent self contained cabins. If you stay in the smaller ones, the carpark may be further from the cabin during unloading.

Has all the essentials but furnishing is a bit old. Great location and dark surroundings to make aurora spotting easy.

Relaxing and peaceful location. Great hot tub to unwind in at the end of the day. Close to many attractions and beautiful places in South West Iceland. Great base for our first week in Iceland.

Nice place to stay but not suited for self catered stay really. There was a distinct lack of plates and some essential equipment was missing. A shame because the hot tub really made this place great

Lovely place good for family trip. Affordable price. Less than an hour of driving from downtown Rekyavik and easy access to nearby attractions. No paper towel supply is a bit surprising but no big deal.

The cottage is little bit old but the room rate is reasonable, full equipped kitchen, relaxing hot tub (3 shared with 7 small cottages)

Minniborgir Cottages are great to rent if you're staying in the area, you can rent a small or large cabin and most come with hot tub access. We always rent all of the Village I cabins for our company get away. Beautiful location in any reason :)
