  Realy nice spot to spot by while you´re driving around. Hope you get some good weather. Also nice place to enjoy northern lights. Just don´t step on the ice, it´s not safe and the lake is deep.

  Absolutely beautiful waterfall. Just a short walk to the fall itself and it has incredible views! Would highly recommend as a great photo opportunity and really puts the power of nature into perspective.

  Incredible how so many people miss this absolutely beautiful place. A one of a kind view. You must consider you should get here at the right time of the day. The picture I've attached to this comment was taken at around 10 a.m. after a morning visit to Godafoss. Since we were camping at the Hamrar campsite in Akureyri this was just on the side of the road.
