  Very nice host with whom we had a really nice chat about life in Iceland and Akranes. He had good suggestions for our roadtrip and served good coffee and great cakes. Recommended

  This was our first stop outside of Reykjavik on our first trip to Iceland and it was fantastic. We had some delicious squash soup and homemade bread and it was the most perfect meal for the frosty day it was. Such a pretty cafe with lots of bright window light and a nice park just outside, nice people too! Highly recommend this place as a stop on your own journey!

  Had an hour to burn until taking the bus back to Reykjavik city. Cozy place to sit down at and have a cup of coffee and relax.
