Was looking for to it after it was recommended but wasn’t open when I arrived after 1000. I can give it at least two stars for thought of it I suppose. Disappointed

It is just a cow shed with a cafe on the second level. Brace your noses for strong faecal stench.

    Fees to enter cow shed:
    Adult - 300 ISK
    Child - free

Great experience for city kids at all ages to catch a glimpse of a modern milk farm while enjoying good coffee and food. A must see if visiting north of Iceland.

Very authentic Café and restaurant built on top of a actual and fully functional Cowshed. Great food, friendly service and local produce. Highly recommended

Nice warm cafe. It has amazing views of the on site dairy farm. This place is so different. Amazingly friendly staff. Very good selection of food and beverages. It's a short drive from the local town but definitely worth the trip!! It's not just a cafe, it is an attraction. Thanks guys for the warm welcome and tour around the cow shed!!

Delicious food, great drinks, and friendly staff, all situated within a beautiful pastoral setting. The introduction to their method of high-tech dairy farming was also very interesting. Would definitely return if we're ever in Akureyri again!

Neat Café at a farm. Tables with a view of the cows both indoors and outdoors. Plenty of delicious things to eat, all high quality. Fresh milk to go with the coffee.

If you think blueberry doesn't go on burgers, this place will change your view. God Tier burger with melty, fresh beef patty. This is what I'm gonna miss about Iceland the most.

Excellent place for coffee or a sandwich. Plus the sell beef products - meat, jerky, etc. The milk is fresh, from their own cows. Excellent whipped cream on everything.

Lovely view, staff & decor but the smell from the cowsged was less than desirable. Interesting spot though :)

The place have a nice play area for kids. That will occupy them without disturbing you having coffee. But the smell of nature will humbles you.

Went there with some friends and had a great cup of tea! As a bonus you can visit the cows and get "attacked" by some adorable kalfs!
