Just large enough for 2 people, or maybe 3 or 4 reeaaally close people. Absolutely heavenly though. Worth the wait, but if you can get it all to yourself without feeling pressure to move on so others can have a dip you'll be living the life. There is a larger man-made pool but I didn't try it.

Hot, pleasant and still refreshing, it's a fun hot tub that's slightly out of the way. The larger pool is pretty shallow tho. For a full dip be sure to head west when facing the water spout for a small two person pool.

The place is easy to find, not so far from main road, but enough to enjoy some privacy. There are two pools. The first one is bit closer to the car park (you will see steam) and it is not too deep. The water may be a bit too warm but you can adjust the amount of hot water flowing in by using a massive pipe with a tap. The second pool is more than perfect; it's in the shape of a ring (1,5m deep) and is definitely all natural. It's quite cosy but perfect for a couple.

Just incredible! No signs make this a little difficult to find first time and easy to miss the turn off but you must go back. Get here early to have your own private sanctuary. This is living Barry!

A fun little hot pot in the middle of nowhere. It was a magical experience sitting in cold rainy Icelandic weather in the middle of a field essentially while in a pseudo hot tub. We met some other travelers in the spring which was pretty fun as well. I did however get stuck knee deep in the mud around the spring, so watch your step! Overall I would highly recommend.

two places to bath: 1.) 39°C mossy water about 1.2m deep strange odor ,place for two persons to stand. 2.) 50 cm deep muddy puddle about 10 square meters 43 °C average water temperature if artificial pipe that feeds the puddle is in closed position.If tap is opened up to 10 liter per second 56°C hot water shoot into the puddle.Be sure to be out of the water when opening the pipe.They have tried to partly put gravel on the paths to the first location.

There are two cute hot pools here. One which is calf depth, the other is waist deep. You must take the first left turn off when heading north after the 54 turnoff. Gravel road will lead you pass an abandoned building to which you can park and walk one of two tracks for 2 minutes to either pool.
