This is a nice, quaint guesthouse, and has everything that you would need for a brief stay. In my two nights there, the other guests were respectful and friendly. I did not see the friendly owner aside from the initial check in, but she made sure to let us know that she was available if we ever needed her.
My only qualm with this guesthouse is the single bathroom. Everytime I needed to use it, morning or night, it was always occupied. Aside from this, I enjoyed my time here!response / report this review -

THE BEST!
We are so lucky and glad we found this place. On a great trip to Iceland this home has been a bright spot - and that’s saying a lot as Iceland is awesome and this place is among the best of the best.
It just feels like home (a clean home), welcoming, warm, friendly, cozy and so well appointed and decorated.
The owner is welcoming and helpful - she helped us find a great restaurant, plan the rest of our trip, get to know Iceland better and even told us about upcoming local private concert.
Please enjoy it as much as we did and take good care of our new friends!

if you are going to drive in Iceland and you need to stay one/two/three or any number of night in Vik, that is your place, we booked it through AirBnB and it was perfect.
We stayed there with another couple and their baby, and it was great, no problems and the apartment was perfectly big enough for the five of us.

Very well decorated entry way. The rooms are clean and the owner leaves some items in the fridge for general consumption. The one bathroom however is shared among all guests in the house. A few times I waited for bathroom use

Clean and cozy room with good kitchen and free wifi. The host and her husband is very friendly to provide prompt support for our need. Thanks for their great help and recommend this guesthouse!
