  Loved this waterfall as much as the other big touristy ones. It is much more peaceful and you can freely hike around without the big crowds. Definitely stop by if it is on the way for you.

  Really pretty and not as busy as some of the other falls. There's a trail that leads to the top of the waterfall, which I recommend climbing. There are also picnic tables if you want somewhere nice to eat.

  Beautiful waterfall that's a bit out of the way, but part of the beauty is that it's not as popular - when we were there we were the only ones. You can hike right up to the falls and marvel in how unique it is. It's a short detour from the main ring road.

  You may be intimidated by the climb to the top of this waterfall, but DO IT. It's so worth the view and the feeling you get of just - straight beauty and nature. We made it up to see the sunset!!!!

  Great place to visit. No visitors at all when I was there. The place is beautiful, slightly off the beaten track. But the waterfall does not pale in comparison to the others in the south. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Not a difficult drive there.

  Wow. Just wow. Amazing waterfall. Came here to take some lovely pictures and do something called geocaching. (Search it up if you want.) The climbing trail is rather icy. Very beautiful. Recommended to photographers and kids between 9-13. Very, very, rarely there are other people there.

  Majestic!
  In Iceland, you never cease to go "wow" every time you turn the corner, and you get to see so many waterfalls, but Gluggafoss is just majestic. To stand by it, listening to the roar of the water and looking the the glistening of the icicles, with the view of Eyjafjallajökull in the backgroundit just takes you breath away. Definitely worth the trip off the beaten path to come and see it.

  About 15-20 minutes drive from Seljalandsfoss. Amazing waterfall. Look a bit small, but actually it consist of three parts if you go up. Enjoyed it much more that Seljalandsfoss or Skógafoss, which are very busy. That one instead is visited by fewer turists and you can enjoy pure, unexplored nature. Go road 250 to enjoy the route too. During winter time recommend 4x4 car as the road might get slippery and icy. Both waterfall and rout great for drone shooting.

  Awesome little waterfall. Now this is a joke because Iceland is FILLED and COVERED with waterfalls but this waterfall was very nice. Easy to get to and only about 30 feet from the parking lots. No restrooms or anything, just a waterfall to admire and see.

  It's a little bit out of the way of the other heavily populated waterfalls. I thought this was the coolest waterfall because of the windows. They made the water look very violent. I stood there for a while staring at it. Afterwards, We took the 250 south bound which was a gravel road with lots of potholes to the other waterfalls.

  One of my favorites. You can get behind the waterfall. In winter/spring the grass behind the cascade is frozen, forming beautiful ice crystals.
