Hot, steamy and eggy, nice enough. There are a lot of thermal springs in Iceland. This one charges and is not open all the time.

Opening hours listed on Google are incorrect. In July weekdays it's 9-6. We showed up at 6pm (as per claimed hours on Google maps) and the place was closed. Owner needs to edit opening hours to reflect reality.

Good guyser in the middle and bread making oven but a lot of the springs have dried up in recent years so it's less than half of what it was ten years ago. Egg boiling currently not working but they hope it may be hot enough again soon.

Total scam. All the springs are dried out. No eggs cooking and the mud bath costs extra and is overpriced. I am not sure for what they charge the entry fee.
Do not go on there. Drive to Seltun geothermal area in Krysuvik. They are bigger, active and for free!!!

All the wells have dried up since an earthquake in 2008 but they still charge money. The place is OK but not worth the money.

Great place. You will learn about hot springs bacteria, how bread is made in hot springs or you can boil an egg in there. If you want to spoil yourself there is a mud where you can put your feet and just enjoy the moment.
