Good place for a break. Excellent sellection of pastries and sandwiches. View is exceptional floor to ceiling windows. This was the Papa John's location shoot for "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty".

We stopped here for a quick breakfast en route to our Glymur hike. Thy serve coffee, pastries, lunch baguettes and a number of other baked goods. The large windows lend the cafe an abundance of natural light and its location by the water provides a nice view of the bay. We ordered coffee and pastries - both were served quickly and tasted great. We also grabbed lunch baguettes for the hike. The smoked salmon and egg variant was delicious 😋

Great place to stop for a snack, coffee, and bathroom break. The cafe has amazing views of the mountains while you enjoy delicious food!

Came here for coffee and cake as a pit stop on our drive to Reykjavik. Lovely place, great view of the water and the mountains, and an added bonus: cakes were amazing. You do have to take a ticket as you walk in which we were unaware and hadn't seen before so a little strange.

Stopped here because it had great reviews. This left a lot to be desired. Good view of the water was the only upside. Coffee was average. All food is premade and poor at best. Lacked substance and cold sandwiches are not worth the money.

We stopped here as it's right by the road and a grocery store. If you don't need to eat at least stop as the view is amazing! Smoked lamb sandwiches at about 850isk were very good. Public bathroom available and nice staff make for a perfect lunch stop.

Got a tasty latte here made with soy milk. The baked goods looked and smelled delicious but I am vegan so did not get to test them out. We got our lattes to go but it seemed like a nice place to enjoy a coffee/treat, though not if you want quiet - this place is busy!

If you are passing through on your way to the Snaefellsnes Peninsula (or anywhere else) this is a must-stop. Great food and coffee. Best sandwich I've had my whole week in Iceland. Good view.

Mango green tea is lovely. Brewed loose leaf, and they bring you the whole pot. Cakes are not just tastey but also beautifull :) Is open on Sunday from 0830-1630 (hours on google map are incorrect).
