No bus to aip from 20.00 to 03.00, ice cold metal seats, there is a useless wifi. One of the worst bus stations I've ever been in my life. Only plus is that its in a 20 min walk distance from city centre.

Walkable from the city. Fly busses were on time. Seats/waiting area are nothing special, however I did see some people sleeping. This is a convenient way to get from airport and town. I had to call multiple times to change my pick up reservation time and everyone was very helpful

It's the bus stop.
What more do you want?
It's walkable from the city- though a bit of a ways- probably 20 minutes.
There is a little waiting space but not much and some luggage storage.

Don’t take the airport bus here, take it to your hotel. It’s a good 20 min walk if you want to get from here to the city center hotels.

One single entrance/exit for both, buses and parking lot. Started with a 20 minute delay. Plan in extra time!

This place is okay for a quick stop, they have a cafe here, which is just average, free toilets and lockers, which are a bit expensive to use in my view. There is ample seating so you should be able to sit down while you wait. You can also hire a car or arrange a trip/excursion from this location, from the travel agent counters.

Useing Flybus or Reykjavík Excursion is good when you are going place to place in iceland. BUT NOT on tours. To many people on the bus. NOT on Northern Lights tour !!!!

Coffee avaible and wifi. On the way to the airport. Wifi was very slow in my flybus (cannot say in general), you may wrap-up emails before boarding :-)

Clean, staff was helpful and effecient. Lockers available (for a price) cafe had decent food and a selection of takeaway items.
