Great location in city center. Water stinks
my 31 children and my 5 waifus didn't enjoy staying. please kill the supervisor or I'll bomb the hotel. Please suggest trying to snipe ur supervisor because else it wouldn't be mlg and fun. so also upload a video of killing him with no special effects, because my 31 children can detect it, because they all work for NASA. just do as following:
1. drink sum dank mtn dew
2. greb a snipper
3. shot da supa visor
4. 360 ur frends

Good short stay place, however I personally don't like sharing a bathroom.
The other guest were lovely and tidy.
The geothermal heating is perfect and the room was comfortable. Shared kitchen was ok and there is a 24 hour shop nearby.
We did not stay here but it is a must stop for a quick latte. This is the best coffee we found in downtown Reykjavik.
Perfect location for any bus pick up (any tour, from and to the airport). Room with near street will listen noise from outside. Others was perfect
Good location near the city centre and affordable parking.
Convenient location, but really nothing special about the rooms. Shared bathrooms, old towels, and a weird little eating area.
Cheapest rooms in Reykjavik but if you have a car you probably can find a nicer place to stay in the countryside. Bathrooms were clean as were the sheets. No free parking except for certain days.
Clean location, close to the center of Reykyavik. With a kitchen and private shower (in the corridor but one person at a time).
Location is good, all the must-see-place including Hallgrimskirkja, Harpa, Sun Voyager and Tjornin are within walking distances. Laugavegur where is main shopping street is in front of the house. However its equipment is old. If you rent a car and want to find free parking spaces, maybe Hallgrimskirkja is a good place since all the parking lots in Laugavegur are not free. House owner can speak Chinese, it feels nostalgic for Taiwanese.
Really friendly staff, going to stay there twice. The store across the road which is recommended to get food is really expensive even for Iceland standards
Close to the city center so one could walk to all of Reykjaviks must-see-places. Room is a little bit dense with a column right in front of the bed and it all looks a bit beat up - but hey it's relatively cheap.
Good place for big company.
Central Reykjavik close to one of the large bus stations, rooms are very plain. Need to call the reception people to let you in if arriving at an inconvenient hour.
Great for a quick overnight stay. The staff is nice, the bed is comfortable, however it is not very clean. Not in the sense that it is not cleaned well, but more like stains on the carpet and it looks a little beat up. But prices have gone up anywhere in Reykjavik so if all you need like me is a comfortable bed in a convenient location, go ahead and book it. If you're the type to complain at the reception because you don't like the smell of the water and the stain on your carpet, get a Hotel, not a guesthouse room. Also, not a guesthouse in the sense that you are a guest at someone's like country guesthouses, more like a greyish office building that was turned into a lot of rooms.
