They have old and new rooms. Old one are not as good as new, so whenever u r there ask for new roomsother facilities are good

We spent 4 days in this hotel.
I can say it was awful.
Room with dirty wallpaper and curtain stained and filthy.
Without fresh air! Air conditioning didn't work in hot days while windows were locked.
Worst of all was the bathroom without stepping, too small and was very dangerous when stepping out.
I'm not going back ever again.
Absolutely waste of money!!!

Worst hotel in tehran for outsider.. Yes you heard right. From outside n even inside looks like 5Star But in actual there rooms are so dark Service is slow.. No kitchen at all Same breakgast every day So i just want to tell u must go to Raamtin hotel just beside simorgh which is much better than simorgh.. I mean i am not refering. U can go. Feeln check.. Then decide. I wrote just my ecperience.. Becauee
