I never stayed in this hotel but I sometimes used it's restaurant and coffee shop. The Boulevard Restaurant's foods have good quality with property prices. And it's menu contain varity of classic Iranian and international food. But it's coffee shop menu has limited items.

I have dined at the hotel’s restaurant many times since it’s close to my university. Quality of the food used to be much better. They have also changed their menu and it no longer contains many of the favorites and is mostly consisted of persian food. but it’s steel acceptable. usually gets crowded because of all the students that come here but the service is Ok It’s a good choice if you want to eat around that neiberhood and are not looking for fast foods.

Poorest service I've ever have. Breakfast 7-10am but no more food after 9:30 and 7 staffs just standing and waiting for guests to finish the leftover. They said the food was supplied by the hotel but they serve the same food and charge the customers outside the hotel guests. More than 10 guests were not enough food and complaint but their attitude was getting worse and threatnen me to talk outside. Cleaner keep distracting me even called me for cleanup and expecting me to pay her tips. Poorest rip off hotel ever. Toilet very smelly.

بدترین خدمات من تا کنون داشته ام. صبحانه 7-10 شب، اما غذا بیشتر بعد از 9:30 و 7 کارمند فقط ایستاده و منتظر مهمانان برای پایان دادن به باقی مانده است. آنها گفتند غذا توسط هتل تهیه شده است، اما آنها غذای مشابهی را تهیه می کنند و مشتریان خارج از مهمانان هتل را می پردازند. بیش از 10 مهمان غذا و شکایت کافی نداشتند، اما نگرش آنها بدتر شد و من به طور قطع در خارج از منزل نبودم. تمیز کننده مانع از من می شود حتی برای تمیز کردن من را صدا زد و انتظار داشت که من به راهنمایی هایش پرداخت کنم. فقیرترین خراب کردن هتل تا کنون. توالت خیلی بد بو است

the prices of the hotels are in contradiction to the equipment. a room for 1 600 000 Rial = 45 € has a defective bathroom with mold and dirt. this hotel I can not recommend it.
