I have been there more than 10 times. Staff behavior is good. 4 stars hotel and no parking lot! Some of rooms are not clean.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is in a great location . The rooms were very comfortable and well serviced. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Ms. Saghar on the front desk was very good to deal with . A lovely person . All the staff were were helpful.

Safir Hotel is located in good area and so close to the Naqsh-e Jahan(Imam) sq. And old bridges!
Service is normal, rooms are clean, breakfast is okay.
There is a small pool and gym in this hotel that must pay extra for them.
Rooms window view are not nice, some of them do not have any window and others would open to small alleys.
Rooms air condition are acceptable.
There is just one elevator that would be crowded in group check in and check out.
There are lots of shop around!

It is well situated and near to the famous Square with shops and other bazaar items. Also near to mosques and the 40 column castle. And Library.

OK. Looks like a 4 star hotel until you get closer up. Leaky Aircon, nails sticking out of the floor and a lack of service options. No atmosphere, but clean and well situated.
