This hotel has a very good value for money. The location is central and the buildings of the complex are beautiful. My room was perfectly clean and had a very comfortable bed. However, I recommend bringing earplugs, if your room windows are facing the yard. The other guests and especially their children were super noisy since early morning (6-7 am) during my stay, and the windows were not exactly soundproof. I especially appreciated the service of the lady receptionist who was there around noon - she was ready to help with anything, she spoke perfect English and always with a smile.

Great experience of being in a historical colourful iranian house! Although it is a 2-star hotel but is much better than many 3-4-5-star hotels. Thanks for the warm and kind staff. For enjoying in this nice place you should imagine being in an old house and should not have the expectation of a luxurious hotel, however all necessary things that should be in a 2-star hotel exist there.

The traditional hotel prayer has only an old and beautiful building, which unfortunately has become a quality hotel with mismanagement.
The hotel has a backyard for catering, and unfortunately the tables and chairs have a very bad layout.
The dock in the middle of this yard can be best designed.
Unfortunately, the hotel also does not have a decent staff ... Hotel staff, especially pre-service.
The hotel rooms were so badly laid out. The beds that you can not sleep at night without a fuss ...
Do you think a traditional hotel should be without carpet and rugs? The floors are paved and the windows are not well repaired and sealed, and when the weather is cold, the room is not pleasant and warm.

What can I say. This is definitely one of the best places I've stayed. Not only is this a beautiful hotel, but the environment, the history behind the building, the people who work here, they all provide an unforgettable experience. Sam, the guy who runs the place, helped me with every detail, going beyond his normal obligations to solve any issue I had. He also joined us in our talks and explained to us different things about the iranian culture and history.
Also, he keeps the place running like a clock. I stayed in a private room and in the dorms, and both were very comfortable and always clean. The air-conditioning was perfect for the cold nights (it was the middle of the winter) and the restaurant provided good traditional iranian food.
Overall this has been an incredible start to my trip in this country and has confirmed what everyone told me before coming: Iranians are the most welcoming and nicest people you will ever meet. 1000% recommended.

Poor backpacker, disseminated buildings and rooms. Restaurant and teehouse at central building are managed by a pushing and money-focus manager.
They keep your passport and at reception think about money all the time, so they are not so helpful as other Iranian people and hotels where we stayed.

The biggest player in town, but most definitely not the best one. Breakfast is very mediocre, included coffee is undrinkable. I was in the dorm, and was basically dragged out of bed at 7:30 on the last day by the cleaning lady because my bed was booked and a night bus guest was waiting.

The internal restaurant when open is reasonable. Sadly one day the upstairs seating was closed, and complete chaos ensued. The only person taking orders was the manager, but he was clearly stressed and the service he gave was really terrible. Any other person would be fired on the spot.

Basically, he would decide what you are eating, by saying 'only this is available', pointing to a random page in a rude manner and a very obvious lie. Then he would run to another table and decide for them too at random. He probably ran by 5 times before he allowed us to order what we wanted, him arguing with every single table.

This well run hotel has 75+ rooms spread over a couple of buildings close to each other in the old centre of Shiraz. Every building has his own courtyard where you can hang out. The main building has an Iranian and Italian restaurant and there is a coffeebar in one of the other buildings. We were staying in one of the new buildings, finished in 2017. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and there was a western toilet. Breakfast was good but very crowded.

with its location in the middle of historical parts of Shiraz, Niayesh Hotel is one of the bests hotels I've stayed in. Don't forget to visit the beautiful narrow streets around the hotel. They are adorable.

Coming from an American who was born in Iran, this is a very luxury and English (foreign) friendly hotel. Many foreigners here as well. It's very new and modern looking. The service is great. The best part is that there's a traditional, outside large lounge area to hang out at, you can even nap there it's so peaceful. The wifi in our room was weak, maybe because we were in a downstairs halfway under ground room. If you're looking for luxury and tradition, it's a must stay in Shiraz.

Beautiful Hotel with Middle East atmosphere. Big room with nice windows and simple breakfast. Staff are willing to provide useful information and services. Also, nice location and easy to walk to the bazaar and Shahceragh Holy Shrine.

I guess this place has the most beautiful dorm you can find anywhere. Stained glass windows, air-conditioning and good beds. The place is run by a very friendly family.

A nice traditional hotel based in the more historic part of town. Just a stone's throw from the citadel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The private rooms can be noisy as it faces the courtyard and it cops some noise from patrons eating and smoking shisha at the courtyard.

Very good rooms, helpful reception ( they are a travel agency) and good breakfast. The restaurant on the roof is also impressive. You can drink pots of tea in the yard like a Iranian, recommended

Great hostel, quite packed when I was there in summer, feels a bit like a factory around the reception desk. Restaurant is good. Facilities (especially showers) were not the best I have seen in Iran.
