It's the best in Shiraz.
The view and the indoor is really good but food quality is not good at all.
When you enter the lobby, you'll love it (as usual) but in the room there's nothing special but an ordinary room with a 4 stars quality hotel. Mostly the AC is not working properly
This hotel is located in a good street that you can walk along the street during the night and enjoying the view
The coffee shop in the lobby is good also

Ordinary 5 star hotel, opened on 2010!
But room facilities look more older.
Rooms would have problem for ventilation and there is no way to open windows!
If you are sensitive to noise for sleeping and you would like to sleep eary do not book roooms on Iranian weekend(Thursday and Friday).
It has several restaurants and good view on Shiraz from Panoramic restaurant in 24th. floor.
Inside there are convenient store, barbershop, nuts shop and etc.

Excellent panorama at the top. Fantastic staff as well. They offer mocktails.
We had big fun going up and down the elevator.

A nice big building from outside, and almost a mess inside.
Wifi, room size and refurbishment are acceptable.
Low light, no safe box, dirty windows, old & damaged floor, noisy air conditioner.
Variety of breakfast is acceptable but low cooking quality. I feel stomachache since morning by the poorly cooked sausage.response / report this review -

Floor 23 coffee shop It was really bad Coustomer service I went there 2 times and both times they didn't had change to give my change back.

This hotel is far from a 5 star
- Reception was rude on the phone
- air condition only works from 9am to 10pm (then blows HOT air wtf)
- bathrooms smelt like a septic tank
- toilet seat had a big chip in it

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. No robes are included, the shower clogs, no espresso coffee or no cold pressed juice for breakfast. Need to pay extra money to use the gym and the pool like seriously gym and pool are included in other 5 star hotels duh! When you charge for 5 star and don't give the service in return for the money we pay you. Don't stay here. A rip off!

Clean and comfortable but not five star. Breakfast was the worst I had in Shiraz. The coffee shops on the 23rd and 25th floors have awesome views of the city. The coffee, though, is really bad! Good place to stay and hang out if you don't eat there! There are lots of better restaurants and coffee shops in the city!
