Friendly and extremely helpful staff.
They orgsnised all our travel and hotels whilst in Iran.
Tried to put me in the war and my hotel almost got bombed😐
Central New York approved social security for someone in this family. When I had to submit my renewal at the office and get it stamped since they thought it was my SSI application. #JPayToFakeBabyDaddyComingSoon
Good hotel near historical sites and cheap but clean and kind staff
Pleasant from the first contact: prompt replies, willing to give me a reservation without security/deposit - besides Fatima‘s professionalism she is also personal. Speaks English and French fluently.
The place is sparkling clean, a lot of choice for breakfast, close to main sights. Happy to recommend - never got better value for money while in Iran.
The rooms are rather small, but acceptable if you just want a place to sleep at nights and not spending a lot of time in the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good and the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly
Good. Just try and avoid getting the room near reception as it is noisy.
Clean and tidy. Great breakfast included. Good value for money.
The Markazi Hotel is one of the oldest hotelas in Tehran. You can have a memorable stay and delightful experience in peaceful surrounding. The staff behavior is friendly and ready to give services at any time.
We had a perfect stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all matters related to travel. Some speak excellent English. The hotel organized a transportation from the airport for us, which worked very reliably. The price is competitive for Teheran so don't expect luxurious rooms. There is breakfast included and the breakfast is quite good - traditional elements mixed with standard items. Free bottles of water were very helpful during the day and we were always offered free tee when we were around the hotel - a very nice gesture.
The location is perfect for tourists. It's a good starting point for all the typical sights in the Teheran City Center and very close (2min) to the Sa'di metro station.
There was room for improvement: My mattress was really old so I could feel the springs a little and the hotel could improve the cleanliness of the rooms. But overall nothing big.
The worker is very friendly and the breakfast is versatile and nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable.location is near the metro. I think is good choice in Tehran for traveling.
We stayed here when we start our trip and end our trip. Originally price is 85usd, which is ridiculous for such a quality. Fatima, the manager, offered us a discount at 72usd for a twin room. She also helped us to buy an air ticket of 1,600,000 rials(43usd) and charged us for 60 usd. Airport transit is 25 usd. you can call a taxi by the app snapp, the iranian uber, at 10usd.
The good things:
1. Centrally located, near the metro station saadi
2. Hair dryer in room
Bad things:
1. Centralised air conditioning which is closed if you don't request. No fan inside. they turn it on after we complain to the reception twice. During the midnight, they turned it off again and offer us a fan.
2. Wifi is unlimited but no signal inside rooms. We saw a lot of routers in the corridors , but they did not set the access point name and keep the original one like '' TP-Linkxxxx'' which we cannot access.
3. Breakfast was good when we stayed for the first night. After that, they only offer cucumbers, tomato, watermelon and bread as in the photo. You have to asked for a fried egg on request.
4. Overcharged air ticket. We saw in the mahan air website for around 1,600,000 rial (43usd) and the manager charged us 60 usd.
5. The room is unprepared. They don't have a cover of blanket, as the photo uploaded.
6. They collect our passports. When we asked for taking back our passports to exchange currency, the staff just said we don't need, but finally we really asked for passport for exchanging.
Overall, this hotel is overrated.
It is a clean and accessible hotel from Sa di Metro station. Staffs are nice. Not expensive Usd60/ night
We stayed shortly in the hotel Markazi, and we had a great experience! Hotel has an excellent location, walking distance to Golestan palace, bazaar, National Jewelry Treasury and National Museum. The rooms were clean and we were provided with fresh bottles of water each day. The breakfast included a wide selection of food, and the staff constantly circulated offering extra eggs and coffee. The staff at the hotel was super kind and helpful, not only regarding our stay at Tehran but also helped us buy flight tickets and booked a hotel for us in Shiraz. Warmest recommendations!
Very good value for the money! It is a good option in the city. Clean, good and friendly service and with breakfast included. Totally recommended. They gave us a little disccount!!! ;)
Clean amenities, great service, fab location
