  Hotel is under construction and rooms are simple but clean. They have a safe parking area which is directly next to the hotel. It is a good place to stay because subway is near and it is quiet in the night. Breakfast is boring but staff is very friendly.

  Hotel is an unfinished construction site. Old rooms are shabby and far from Western standard. Shared bathrooms are only squad without toilet paper. Positive: Hotel staff is friendly and speaks English.

  Friendly staff but crappy rooms. No toilet paper in shared bathrooms and most toilets don't have locks.
