I have tried italian restaurant and it's fast food. So my review is about these two parts.
Food Quality: Not good in taste but great in quality (60/100)
Staffs & Services:Professional and helpful (95/100)
Space: Italian restaurant is cozy and suitable for formal and romantic appointments. But its fast food is very crowded and a bit messy (50/100)
Decoration: it is kind of modern and unique, attractive decoration. Despite of its fast food, other floors clean, tidy and acceptable (80/100)
Menu: You can find everything you want such as different kind of warm and cold drinks,cakes, ice cream etc. (100/100)

The price is too high and the quality is not as good as the price. The staff were helpful and good. In short you pay the 5 star restaurant but eat an ordinary one's food.

یک رستوران عالی با محیط خیلی جالب. این رستوران ۷ طبقه دارد که در تمام طبقات موسیقی زنده دارد. البته در شبهایی که وفات نباشد.
من طبقه اول که رستوران سنتی است و طبقه باربیکیو رو امتحان کردم.
کیفیت غذا واقعاً عالی بود.
رفتار پرسنلش خیلی محترمانه و خوب بود.
ضمناً تا ساعت ۱ شب هم سرویس میده.response / report this review -

It's good but the price is so high. The food is not as good as prices. Great place and staff. The first floor prices was so higher than what you can imagine and the food is as the same as other floor. I offer to use the third floor. It's great and with good price and nice foods.

Most delicious food I have eaten! And also pretty nice interior design
Four floor of restaurants, each floor is specified to a type of foods, I tried traditional foods and it was amazing!

Great restaurant, friendly personell, good traditional food in a clean and contemporary ambient, cheap prices and very high quality: what a pleasure to receivem at the end of the lunch, a personal gift by the tenders i love iranian people!

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was amazing in the traditional persian area downstairs. Go with a group as its a good experience and the food takes a little bit to come so good to know youll end up spending a fair bit of time there

Food quality is absolutely perfect here. You can have a great meal here. They have 4 floors that serve Traditional food of Iran, Fast foods, Grilled foods and open course respectively.

Good quality of food, wide selection. However, my visit ended with a sour note. I went for lunch with my husband on our last day in Shiraz and they only hand out the card to him and completely ignored me. After the meal he was asked to fill out a feedback form but they continue to ignore me if I was invisible. This is not only the problem in this restaurant it is everywhere in Iran. However if a restaurant claims to be top-notch and welcomes international guests, they should at least make an effort to respect their female customers. Poor management and low quality food. We were 6 adults waited for half an hour at front to let us get in. After another half an hour we were served by very expensive but very low quality foods and drinks. I don't know why the koobideh was too salty and the drinks were too sugary! I had been there before and it was great but thin time: Not happy at all. Expected more

Expensive but worth every penny. We went for the traditional Iranian and were not disappointed. Fantastic decor, good service and excellent food. Huge portions make up for the steep prices but certainly a unique experience while in Iran.

This was a good place with a lot of options. There is seven different restaurants all with different foods. The building architecture and design are fantastic and the food is good.

Great! Wonderful Iranian food, nice and modern setting with large and smaller traditional, slightly elevated tables, as well as ordinary tables with chairs a white painted large room with soft lightning. Service is attentive and professional. There's also three other levels serving food (fast food, buffet etc).
