It is difficult to make my mind up now I have previously given this place five star but now I have to change it although I am a regular customer unfortunately I feel like they are not using the same raw ingredients everytime but don't get me wrong it is probably best Italian restaurant in Shiraz I hope they can improve it and instead of thinking to franchise more and more everyday and lose there quality by dividing good chef and not being able to keep it up also it would be great if take out services can functions every time I call her up there is no delivery driver although I am very near

They have a stupid policy that you can't sit there more than 45 minutes while it takes 39 minutes to order and bring the food
If you ask the staff a simple question about "where to seat" it can take 20 minutes for them to ask the superiors

A Good Italian Resturant , Romantic Interior , good for families and couples , food is good , some fine soft non-carbonated drinks are served here . Its just a littel bit crowded on week ends and you should wait to get a table , place can get an expantion , the outdoor tables are also perfect when weather is cool , this place also offers heaters for winter and cold weathers 👌🏻

The attitude of the staff is horrible! Seems like the manager has left the place to the staff and is never in the restaurant. I've been there only once for breakfast and I'd never go there. When we asked for more bread, they said they didn't have more, one of the cups the brought for tea, was dirty and smelled bad.
There is a piano there and there was no one there playing it. So we asked if we could play sth with it, and the staff claimed that it's not tuned!
