  Its a good place fore hotel and flight reservation. I use it for my trip to australia. Personnels are so kind and professional. You can reserve travel insurance too. Its most famous travel agency in tehran. If u want you can reserve your trip online too.

  more than 4 times i have bought ticket and accommodation from this travel and tour agency. wonderful point is comprehensive fundamental elements which allows you choose the best.
  expert Sales and reservation team help you in order to pick out the best or most appropriate of alternatives among thousands of hotels in each destination. at the end i can only add one thing :

  I found the service and response of Eligasht travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My calls and emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to.
  My trip was awesome goodI had never faced a single difficulty with the plan or accommodation and transportation .
  
  over all nice and good experience, Especially customer satisfaction is good and response level is high. .
  
  We will have no hesitation in recommending Eligasht to our friends.

  I had a horrible experience with Eligasht. Their personnel including Mr. Sharafi, are extremely rude and do not honor their word to customer. Don't be fooled by them. Very bad service.

  Eli gasht is the worst agency in Tehran - I had a problem with the promise they gave me regarding discount but they never delivered. They told me that they are going to listen to the conversation I had with the agency. The agency promised me a discount over the phone, but then they told me that they can not find the conversation and therefore are not going to give me the discount! I talk with the manager in charge Mr Sharafi, and he was absolutely helpless and keep saying that 1%-2% discount is not much, and I better enjoy the trip instead!!!! so unprofessional behavior! Never buy from this agency as they are very over prices and not professional.

  Difficult to describe ,but everything will be the same as you are informed and booked. A very well organized agency , no doubt. The biggest travel agency in Iran ,capable to manage a big variety of tour packages all over the world . Not only about the quantity, but with the best quality.
