Their services were very weak, the place we settled was terrible and the tour price was too high compared to other equal tours.

The tour in "Hormoz Island" was awfull, terrible: unprofessional and old leader and local leader addition to low-qualifed food, meals, local house, transfer, all of them, were awfull. She (the leader) explaned nothing about anything!!!!
It was my first and my last experience with Dalahoo.
If the island was not outstanding, i was not able to put up with the tour facilities.response / report this review -

Dalahoo has organized a 10 days full round-trip tour for us. We have visited Tehran, Esphahan, Shiraz and Yazd. We have chosen bus as transportation. The roads were all expressway with 2x2 or 2x3 lanes. Culture, history, people’s life and gastronomy was absolutely magnificent and amazing in all these cities. We have excluded food in our trip formula; we could then find the very interesting and traditional restaurants in each city with very good quality foods and traditional live music, cheaper than the hotels’ restaurant. An important factor, which can really change the trip, is the guides. We were lucky and thanks to DALAHOO, we had 4 fantastic and competent guides. They could show and explain us the historical and cultural face of Iran in each city from prehistorical period until these days with passion, kindness and a great sense of hospitality. Dalahoo managed this trip with professionalism and followed us during the trip, improving some details when necessary. What is sure, we will be back again with Dalahoo to explore other parts of this big and fantastic country. Mehran Toufani

Dalahoo is one the best brands in Ecotours on Iran , I'm traveling with them since 8 years ago.
You can enjoy of good itineraries, ecolodge hotels stay or traditional houses ,very good atmosphere and fellow travelers

I've seen so many new places and I've met so many new people travelling with Dalahoo. One trip that I really liked was "Tabas", a region near Semnan province. Our tour leaders were really good. we had to stay in local houses for night but the accommodation was also great. In fact I loved the whole itinerary they planned.

I had a very bad experience with Dalahoo recently. My friend planned the trip to Badabsoort two months in advance, so we can go together while I'm visiting her in Iran from Switzerland.
We were supposed to go to Badabsoort with Dalahoo tomorrow at 5:00 AM. They just called us today at 10:00AM and canceled the trip!!!! The reason they explained was that they didn't have enough clients!!!!
Imagine how they could keep us happy! Their alternative was a longer trip and much more expensive one Which actually was my hometown!!! They even didn't excuse properly!!response / report this review -

We used Dalahoo tours in our recent trip to Shiraz and Yazd. Their service was impeccable. Transportation, transfers, hotels, and the tour guides were all first class. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in a worry free travel within Iran.
