این منطقه خوش آب وهوا و دل انگیز در حاشیه رودخانه جاجرود قرار دارد. ساکنین منطقه شرق تهران با کمتر از نیم ساعت رانندگی به این مکان خواهند رسید. پس از ورود به شهر لواسان کوچک تابلوهای دریاچه مشخص هستند. مبلغ ۱۰ هزار تومان از هر ماشین ورودی گرفته می شود. محوطه با سبزه مصنوعی پوشیده شده. پیست کوچک دوچرخه سواری دارد و دوچرخه کرایه می دهند. همچنین فوتبال دستی و تنیس روی میز هم است.
