One of the good compounds is Erbil, Iraq
But it's from the top 10 still about to be perfect but the people there are very bad and also some mechanical issues like interrupted water to the houses(villas) 🏘
And never stable.

It looks like a residential area, with indipendent houses but there is some companies also using this houses as offices, well organized and comfortable.
