Nice hotel, near EIA Airport on the main ring road of the city, there are couple of restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy around.
Nice hospitality, helpful staf, new big rooms, has all required facilities.
Windows not 100% sound isolated so you still hear outside sound and road noise.
Very good place in general.

Good hotel, friendly staff, clean, only issue is the elevator is too slow. Rooms are big and nice, you can pay using credit card in this hotel. Food is good, also second cup is in the same building to have good coffee anytime till 11pm
Taxi cars are just outside the hotel, and supermarket and restaurant are neat the hotel.
On the other side of the road there many places to spend time in.

Really large rooms, more as an appartment less a kitchen clean gym and spa very kind and helpful staff. Good price to value. The only downturn is the routine breakfast options available.

The rooms are nice and clean, staff are extremely friendly and helpful, prices are top-notch. The only gripes are the quality of the food at the breakfast buffet, same menu every single day, and the fact that the rooms tend to get very hot and little is done to repair the central AC unit.

Pros: This hotel is located not far from the airport. It has a good staff, welcoming and fairly smiling.
Some rooms are fine generally.

Cons: I switched few rooms because there are no view or no windows at all.

The breakfast is poor for this class. Very poor and the food is not always fresh.
I rarely see someone dining there because of the poor choice on the menu and no ambiance.

Good and friendly service, with a gym - the gym is basic, but will suffice - you don't want to walk out in the cold in Erbil! The breakfast is also really good.
