I am really sad to see this hotel become like thisIshtar used to be the best not only in Iraq but in the whole regionbut nowadays it's one of the worst hotel I have ever seen
Good hotel big rooms very good wifi
The rooms need more housekeeping and fresh air.
The Balcony cannot open.
It's a good place, the staff are friendly, neat & clean, I recommend it
I am writing these words with hope that it regains the charms of old Ishtar hotel, services degraded, from the icon that brings many memories of the old days in 80's, with some renovations and attention of the management team, I believe this hotel can regain that charm
Friendly staff. Decent rooms.
I couldn't give it 0 star unfortunately. You pay for a 5 star but service is 2-3 stars
Bad hotel.. Needs a lot of work to get back as well as before
Expensive and bad service
Good service and good food
I don’t know I have never been in it but I guess it’s good cuse it the only good hotel in Baghdad
High prices and bad services elevators are bad and not safe
Good but noisy , when wedding comming it like hall party !!!
Crystal Grand Ishtar is one of the few fancy hotels in Baghdad, it has a variety of services including a spa a gym a pool and breathtaking views of the city.
It's location is definitely a bonus letting residents reach the lively centers in the city.
From a safety perspective it is good. The rooms were clean, sheets were changes daily and room cleaning was good. Room service was lacking, we asked for glasses and all we got were cups. The staff was polite and deacent in the most part. I wont say they went out of their way! Breakfast was ok, not a huge setlection but enough. Nothing memorable! Yet as I understood it and for the current situation in Iraq it is a god option to stay at.
Most biggest and luxurious hotels in Iraq, it's contain multi hull for making conference and wedding party
Also it's so beautiful for me
Nice hotel that holds great memories of the past days
Unfortunatly currently its running on the name. Over priced in every service with poor quality. I had attended several events there, its appeared poor management.
