The rooms are European standard 5 star. The service is good although it varies because of the high turnover of staff. It is still great for Baghdad. The food is good. The lobby and restaurant lack space and ambienece. Security team is friendly, but if a car blows up on the street they can't stop the damage to the building. That had happened twice before it became a hotel. Still I prefer it to Babylon because of value. For extended stay I would pick Babylon.

small rooms
noisy rooms : you can hear next room having sex
bad room service: if you want extra sugar you should wait 2 days
prices are high and not worthy

Very clean, good furniture, very good location and excellent service, may be the best in baghdad.
The only downside in it is the extremely expensive rate!! From 250 - 320 $ per room for night!!! While same coral in Dubai charge 50 -100 $ per night.
Also the breakfast is of average variety.
