  Polite staff. The rooms were okay; loved the view from the 12th floor. The staff could really take English language classes to improve their communications.

  They dont have electricity when the power goes out. They have very loud nightclubs and you can hear it in the room.

  The open buffet is ridiculous. they have a guy who puts rice in the plates!!. The dessert is awful. Parking will cost you 5000 and the underground parking is flooded with water .. crappy place..
