  I bought 9 years ago a vip apartment by Befrin City since 2011 this Project isn’t become finished.
  I will go ahead with my lawyer!
  Befrin City is a Flop!

  Very nice and beautiful with lots of fresh air but the problem is that its far from erbil
  
  U need to drive for 14 minutes till you reach 120 meters highway
