The waterfalls is beautiful. You need to put on ur water sandals to navigate around; you literally walk a path with cold running water. Expect to be sprayed with water by those playing around. The whole experience will not last more than one hour, unless you want to rent a small seating space and have your lunch.
There is security at the entrance with minimal entry fee.
Be careful when climbing up the rocky hill. You will get to see beautiful scenary but careful where you step.
You will lose all form of communication network when you are there. If you are going with a driver, make plans to meet at a certain time rather than depend on calling him.

As far as waterfalls go, this one isn't too big. However, after being in Kurdistan for several months, it was great to get out and drive and see the mountains and cliffs in the northern part of Iraq, and stop and drink tea at the waterfall. It is worth going to see one of the biggest waterfalls in the desert!
