Went for lunch today and will not go back. I went to order a childs burger which was on the menu but they did not have any yet they wanted to charge me £10 for a adults burger so i orded a child tomato pasta which was cold and the sauce was like water. I also ordered a cheese sandwhich and when that came a piece off the bread was crusty, i asked for cappuccino and they had none but only cheap instant. I seen the chef and he needs a lesson on personal hygiene. This is the secound i have been here and the secound time they have gave us rubbish food which i would not give to a pig

Very poor food, bread for the fish sandich was like wood, burger wasn’t great either. Shame as it’s a nice pub.

Food and surroundings nice, low rating as we were not offered a desert. It would have been good customer service to politely ask if we would have liked a desert before the chef finished rather than told we couldn't have one

The food was not so good. I had some egg noodles with ready made sweet chili sauce on top, salmon and peas. Not a highlight. They are dog friendly, though.

Fantastic pleasant pub with a modern look. Plenty of comfortable seating and a pool table to boot.

Over an hour to wait for meal pub quiet so can't say busy! Steak & Ale pie must have been reheated so many times absolutely no gravy. Supplied a jug of white glup to masquerade as gravey 😡 only redeeming thing was the polite and friendly bar staff

Best spot for watching the racing. Inside the track so slightly less crowded than the other nearby pub. Good value food and drinks

Went for lunch on Saturday, table for 5. Meals were generally good BUT, chips were cold, plates were cold and they forgot to bring out a portion of onion rings. Staff apologetic and bill adjusted.

Cannot fault this place - really clean and tidy and the food was delicious. Bar man was really polite and friendly. Would have eaten here more times but unforturnately our accommodation was in Douglas
