  I attended a Next Level Fitness bootcamp class as a trial with friends. I went not hearing of Next Level Fitness before but after the first session I was hooked. I started around July 2017 and have to give Dave the credit he deserves for creating such an amazing atmosphere for everyone and anyone to join.
  
  Dave makes everyone in the classes feel at ease, he goes over and beyond to give you the best advice he can for you as an individual. The classes are fun and friendly but give you a good overall workout. I have had gym memberships before but found I was never pushing myself enough to reach goals so this is why it suits me so well.
  
  I have lost over 3 stone this year on my weight loss journey and would not have been able to get where I am now without the bootcamp classes. I attend the classes 2-3 times a week and would highly recommended to everyone and anyone that wants to either maintain fitness or start their weight loss journey.
