Loved it, great staff, Lovely boutique hotel with a pool. Restaurant served quality food. Need a car to get anywhere.

Romantic Victorian style hotel. Quaint, small, nice. The view from the rooms and especially the penthouses is unrivaled in the area due to the hill top location. The hot tubs are very large bathtubs, with Jets. Which means the water is always fresh, but doesn't stay hot after the first pour. The spa offers lovely packages, professional treatments, and is very cozy. The gardens surrounding the villa are simply magnificent. The restaurant offers tasty, chic meals with hearty portions.

My one complaint is that the free WiFi doesn't work in most of the hotel. It's weak throughout the hotel, and some of the access points aren't even connected to the internet. The few that do work were slow. However, the service, cleanliness, and interior design show they do pay attention to detail, so I won't deduct a 🌟. The 4G reception is good which alleviated the situation.

A nice clean place . There's seems to be a great difference between the rooms. Some are small some are big. Some with a bathtub some not. Some with closed balcony some are not.

Absolutely awful meal, with half the promised items missing. Restaurant belligerent and unapologetic despite agreeing the meal was rubbish. Offered insultingly low reduction on Bill. Kitchen wss terrible bit management was even worse.
