Quite expensive but very basic. Maintaining is poor thorough out the hotel. Bathrooms are very small and poorly maintained. No hot water. Very noisy road. Breakfast is the only positive thing. Won't go there again.

Lovely little hotel across the street from the beach in a great neighborhood in Tel Aviv. Clean and comfortable. Great restaurant on the ground floor. Very nice staff at the hotel and restaurant. Walking distance to almost everything in Tel AvivThe hotel is a bit dated and some of the rooms are small, but it is still a wonderful place to stay.

When we first pulled up I was very happy. The location was perfect, the rooms are clean and very nice we had room 402 with a view of the beach to the side and the city straight ahead. Coffee was always restocked and the rooms were done up so nice. My favorite part was the staff, both the hotel and the restaurant. We were spending so much time trying to experience tel-aviv that we almost missed the best meal right downstairs. Thank you for a wonderful first experience in tel-aviv. It climbed high up to my top 2 places. Hopefully we will be back with no tourist stuff to do and just enjoy the laid back feeling of this beautiful city .

Hotel is ok and breakfast is fine but I keep chabbat and they KICKED US OUT on a Saturday at 11 am.I’ve been to different hotels a many times and never got kicked out on a suturday. We had to sit at the beach for hours till chabbat was out. Bad experience for our 4 years anniversairy and even worst because we had to pay 700 NIS for not even spending 24 hours there.

Had a Friday breakfast in that perfect location. Just in front of Bugrashov beach, with great service and wide variety of dishes. French toast was the best!

Great location, close to restaurants and the beach. The front desk is very helpful with whatever your circumstances. The rooms are very clean and stocked with great dead sea products.

From check-in until check-out, we had a wonderful experience. Thankfully, we were on the main floor, so we didn't have to carry suitcases upstairs. Our room was not too big, but big enough for two and we had a lovely, private patio as well. The restaurant off the lobby had delicious options for dinner and the breakfast was the best we had in Tel Aviv.

Great all rounder.
Perfect location, opposite a little park and the beach!
There's also a restaurant and bar area on the street side which is lovely for breakfast before walking over to sunbathe.
Staff were available all day and late at night. Towels for the beach and cold water tap in reception was very handy.
