Michal and Nadia are the sweetest receptionists who I know are trying their best to accommodate our wedding party that suddenly had to switch from the place we were staying beforehand to here. Margarita and the gentleman who work downstairs during breakfast are quite lovely and helpful and I tell you what the food is fantastic and totally worth the extra $10 a day for a healthy buffet of choices (yet they also have pastries and such for those with a sweet tooth) I'm just so impressed with the breakfast food and the array of options they provide. This is definitely the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and the staff is so kind. I love my room. I got one of the updated rooms with no carpet, thank goodness because I have bad allergies so I have to say as long as I was able to have a room with no carpet, I'm a happy camper! :) I wish they had more rooms that didn't have carpet, but I'm sure they are working on that as the continue to renovate.

Wouldn't recommend it(we were forced to stay there because the company booked it). Room service was bad - asked for coffee creamer sachet and the staff brought a half full milk carton. Breakfast was okay but the place looked and smelled moldy/old.

Nothing great except location. Midst of thriving city, all shopping places nearby. For my official trip I stay here. Service is OK. Breakfast is good. No complaints on room service

Reasonable place for reasonable prices. Fits for families as the rooms are big and comfortable. The hallways are outdated and the reception is very small and uninvited. The breakfast is quite good

Location: The hotel located on one of the main streets of Ramat Gan but is 15min driving from tel aviv (65+ nis for taxi), near the hotel you can find many restaurants and 24/7 supermarkets. Take in mind that they charge 25nis for parking per day, if you are with a car you can find free parking in katznelson street (in Givatayim) which will be 5 min walking.
Food: Breakfast is really good, huge variety! lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables, breads, spreads.
Room: We slept in a suite (Room 1302), which was big and nice but it's looks like they don't maintenance the room, the couches were really old, the shower had rust in it, we were missing a microwave. great urban view!
Pool: We slept in the hotel for one night, on the first day we managed to find place to get tan in the pool, but on the second day there was no chance we could find any empty spots to sit )=
Overall: In the corridor and in the elevator it was extremely hot! the price wasn't that expansive, i'll give this hotel only a 2 stars hotel
