The hotel is over the sea so the location is nice (for me), some people of the staff are kind and available, others can be even rude

Friendly staff. I have produced an event there and they were very attentive and supporting. As always in hotels, the "back stage" areas are crying for some tlc (tender, love and care).

Shizen spa - worse experience ever
A factory style spa one comes one goes. They put you fast in the room won’t give you time to change and dress up. No drinks offered, you figure it’s ok to drink by yourself.
The massagist treated me like a dough and only when I screamed she figured out I am a human..my back hurt for days!!!
No greetings when you arrive to the spa, this spa see you as money! can you greet money?
My husband gave me this treatment for my 30th birthday. He paid a lot of money since this spa is famous by its name. We were so disappointed.

Everything about the hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet is pretty amazing I have an incredible amount of food and lots of food that I've never even heard or seen before. Access to the beach is a little difficult you have to go outside of the hotel walk for a little bit and then go down the walkway. The air conditioning didn't seem to work but I fully understand that the problem may have been that I didn't understand how to work it. My biggest complaint was a lack of an ironing board and iron. They have a special room to do your ironing the ironing board and iron there are very bad the iron itself doesn't have any steam or place to put water the ironing board itself is non-standard and doesn't fit business shirts as you would expect. In addition they have a basket on the back of the ironing board which prevents you from using it to fit your shorts on. It also would have been nice to have a little bit more options in terms of newspapers in the morning. I brought my own electrical converter but it would have been a nice touch have I offered an electrical converter for foreigners like myself. And finally no mint on my pillow it would have been nice to have a mint. Overall though everything was great just some minor gripes that could be improved.

The food was fair, not the greatest at the Alma Cafe in the hotel. What bothered me most about the experience is the following. As we were finishing our meal an older hotel guest approached us and told us that this was her normal seat. She usually has it reserved but not on Friday because it is busy. We offered to give her our table but the restaurant maitre de refused to let her have our table because another guest was waiting for it. WE wanted the older woman to have the table since we felt it would be the polite thing to do, but again management refused. We will not be coming back as it was evident that they did not know how to treat regular guests.

While the location was nice the room was very dirty. Only after I complained twice, the second time very loudly, my room was cleaned. After that it was kept clean for the rest of my stay. Breakfast was good but dinner and lunch are overpriced and not to Isreal standards of quality. (at least that I got used to).
Beach access is nice, the pool is good. Beware the beach access is closed after dark. If you don’t get a renovated room it is definitely overpriced.response / report this review -

The rooms on the 14th floor are nice. Staff was friendly.
However, two major issues:
1. Dinner - as we were sitting in Friday's night to eat, a table of around 20 people sang karaoke loudly and clapped thier hands like animals. Even though we asked, the staff did nothing to stop them. Could not enjoy dinner. However, the food itself was good.
2. The lobby restaurant Alma is overpriced with mediocre food. Ordered Belgian waffles and got cold industrial waffles you can purchase in gas stations.
Overall an OK hotel.

This is certainly one of the nicest hotels in Herzliya. The food was our favorite part. The breakfast and dinners there were absolutely delicious. The one thing about the hotel is that there is quite a range of rooms - some being brand new and others being very out-dated. Just be aware of this when booking because the differences are quite large.

I stayed here for 2 nights in July 2017. This is located right on the beach with easy access to the ocean. It is also located close to some good restaurants.
The rooms are nice and tidy and the breakfast served as a buffet is very good. The staff are helpful and customer friendly. It was a good stay.response / report this review -

The Hotel looks like it is under renovation for the last 5 years. It has 3 parts, the hotel, apartments and the spa hotel. The spa hotel is nice, but when you compare it to the Ritz down the road, are you really willing to save 15 USD a night for a place from the 90's compared to a brand new hotel? The hotel part the rooms just don't look or smell clean. There is no parking at the hotel in the place where parking is just hell. The apartment side is tiny, with bad access and a constant smell of garbage. If you AirBNB there, it is not worse or better than other places nearby, but note that other places usually have parking.
