We were family of five, staying there for one night at Februar. We got huge apartment. We two rooms and living room.
The apartment was very clean, and the breakfast was very good also.
The pool wasn't heated only covered.
There isn't any activiy or playgrounds for kids.response / report this review -

Had a really nice time herestayed in a suite and it was really clean. Beds and pillows we're comfortable and a really nice Israeli breakfast in the morning. Can't beat the location, just a few minutes walk to the Machtesh

The converted hotel is a nice idea.
The suite we received is actually a small apartment that can accommodate 6 people in relative comfort. The place is clean and the service is very good, the swimming pool is lovely, the meals there are good and varied. We took the action package through the hotel so that all the activities were organized and we did not have to run around looking for activities.response / report this review -

Excellent choice in Mitzpe Ramon. Suites available, pool, good Wi-Fi and A.C. plus full breakfast with omelette bar. My only criticism would be that rooms are in entry way style with several flights of stairs to carry your suitcase up, so ask for a room on the ground floor. And you can still drive through the Beeresheet for a peek ;)

At 8 AM we heard extremely loud noises, and found out that on the other side of our room wall there's a construction site. They could have notified us about it ahead of time, or put us in a different building (far from the construction zone) but didn't. We complained about it, but the management didn't seem to care at all, we weren't offered any compensation. This incidence is indicates the hotel team attitude. To be mentioned that other than that, the hotel facilities were satisfying, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was rich, both were better than expected and worth the price we payed (we got a discount through Groupon).

החדרים לא גדולים, אבל יש בהם את כל מה שצריך. למעשה מדובר בדירוניות עם מטבח. יחד עם זאת, מעט צפוף בשל הנסיון לכלול סלון, מטבח וחדר שינה. השירות טוב. המקום נקי. קבלנו תמורה מלאה לעלות הנמוכה. ממליצים!

מלון קומפקטי ונחמד.
שירות קבלתה - מעולה !
גודל חדרים כמו שצריך, לא קטן ומידי ולא ענק מידי.
ארוחות בוקר טעינה.
ארוחת ערב טעימה.
יש לקחת בחשבון שברגע שהמלון מלא באורחים יש חלוקה של שעות להגעה של ארוחת הערב.
חדר האוכל די קטן.
אין מעליות לחדרים.
בריכה קטנה.
מזגנים בכל החדרים. גם בחדרים שיש כמה חדרים פנימיים.
זרם המים במקלחת - מניח את הדעת. יש מקום לשיפור !
בית כנסת צמוד למלון - בית חב"ד מעבר לכביש.response / report this review -

The jotel is very vlose to the Machtesh Ramon. The crew is somewhat annoying. Many tiny rooms, but yhe suites are great.
