Good Place to stay. Good Dinners.
Dirty carpets, no heat, dirty kettle, food okbut I got very sick here. They need to do a thorough cleaning, floors to ceiling, & vents.
I brought a group of tourist as a tour guide to the Ramada in Jerusalem. When we came back from the day's tour some of the rooms didn't open , it took the hotel half an hour to bring somebody to fix the problem and only after i had to go up and down for 4 times , meanwhile the tourists just sat outside of the room nobody in the reception took and responsibility, the answer was " we already called the security " and " it wont help if you get angry" , not much for customer service if something goes wrong in this place.
Meals quality is defiantly not a 4 star hotel ones.
Rooms are decent.
Had a really nice experience especially with the reception services they were extremely nice best place to go
Absolutely amazing service, loved every aspect!! The indoor and outdoor swimming was nice, there is a sauna and all the service are convenient and easily accessible.

Very nice place
Absolutely the best Hotel in Jerusalem hands down. We had such an amazing experience at this hotel. We stayed in Jerusalem for 8 days and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food is amazing!!
Not recommended for non Jewish tourists,
We were treated like a second kind of guest,
Our check in time should be at 3pm but till 7.15pm room wasn't ready with no sorry (and they said that if we want, we can check-in in lower quality room than we booked, just after few more talks they condescendingly agreed to give us better room saying that we could be grateful for them for that (just because that they didn't have our room), no way to talk to manager or extend check out for the sametime that our room wasn't ready ;
at the end after almost 1 hour in front of reception we agreed that it's not worth of our time to stay there just to try at least listen some apologies
Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, nice staff, great breakfasts, good meals at the restaurant. Also very orthodox. If you are not Jewish and are visiting during a Jewish holiday, many aspects of the hotel are closed. Restaurant, pool, ect. Also not a lot of things within walking distance so plan on taking a cab or the tram (also closed on Jewish holidays).
