Rooms smelled. Lots of mosquitos. Couldn't open Windows because mosquitos would get in. Food could be better. Needs lots of improvement compared to the prima royale hotel.
4 star hotel, but the room was very small, 2 elevators, one for even floors, hardly accessible because we had to drag our luggage on the stairs, the other elevator was for the odd floors; only 2-3 local channels on tv; old bathroom and furniture; ventilation grid dirty; good food, nice location and view; good cleaning
Theres a set of elevators for even floors and a set for odd floors. Very strange. Small elevators as well. Omlette stand guy wasn't so friendly at breakfastbut maybe he just got up on the wrong side of the bed. The rest of the breakfast staff was fantastic, as was the staff in the lobby. Rooms were a good size. No view of the Sea of Galilee from amy of the rooms. Had a HUGE balcony which was fun.
The location of this hotel is good nearby a mall and little shops. The lifts in the hotel I would say is interesting. The food - pretty good buffet spread. The breakfast omelette made fresh but takes time yet it is worth it. Overall, amazing experience.
I am a bus driver I arrive tonight with group from Chile to the hotel
After I finish my transfer the group and the plug to the hotel.!!! And I have to sleep with my group at the same hotel.
Arrive to me the security man and he say to me you can't stop your bus hear!!!
I say to him
Ok
But I want to talk with my guide!!
He say to me I know you ????
I don't know what he Marin!!
I say wait I want to ask my guide
He come nervous to me and shouting to me even front my passengers and front my guide
Even this is my first time I see him
And I was before few days at this hotel and they let me park the bus at the hotel area
I am sorry to say that !!!
But that what happens with me tonight
Homey place. Easy access. Has WiFi
We stayed here for one night. Worst hotel I have ever been to. One star only because I couldn't give less. Dont stay here. Not worth the money. Hotel is in a slummy neighborhood. No parking, so you will need to find parking yourself on the street. Staff was really uncourteous. Lamps we're not working. My wife found hairs in the bathtub. I had to walk down to the front desk because the phone in the room was broken. We asked for towels and pillows for our kids and they told me they couldn't get me anything because it was after 10pm. I was told to come back in the morning. The guy at the front desk started yelling at me that I should have checked to make sure we had everything we needed!
Breakfast was terrible as well. The creamed potatoes I tried we're both cold and spoiled. Omlets we're decent, but almost everything else was just awful.
Disgusting!! They put me in wrong room that i booked then it took forever to change it. Also. I was trying to get bedsheets for the sofa bed but they refused to give me!!!! The guy in front desk was completly rude and disgusting!!! He screamed at me for not asking for bed sheets before 11pm but was never informed that theu dont have service after that hour. Also, the place stinks in the room hallway and cheap on towels. Never again!! Not worth a penny
Decent hotel. No complaints.
Very affordable for groups, good food for the price you pay, mostly for large family , parking ok and clean rooms mostly for groups and corporate reservation very lowd.
3 beds 😉it was nice there
It is dirty, they were not helpful in getting us in the rooms. The maintenance of the hotel was sub par. Too over priced for what you get. That all said, the food was good.
Good but not great. Conveniently located at 10 minutes walking from the Danilof Shopping Center. The suite was nicely decorated but had a tiny bathroom. The breakfast and the general experience was okay ✨
It corresponds to the declared descriptions. Nothing extra. Great food (especially for lovers of oriental cuisine). Sleep tight and sweet!
Rooms are ok, small but clean. A standard room is only 2 twin beds. For more than two people, a suite is recommended. There is a small pool, a small bar, and a nice complimentary breakfast. There is no on site parking. I don't think it is close enough to walk into the town. There is a small supermarket 20 meters from the hotel if you need supplies. There is a great view of Tiberius from the hotel.
