They cancelled our reservation 3 days before arriving, on the easter time, when its impossible to find anything in reasonable price.

Good place, clean and well positioned. Very helpful and nice office staff, with good English. Very close to central bus station and train station, perfect for commuters. The neighborhood is specific, but I wasn’t overwhelmed or felt in danger.

Just simply awful. Bad neighborhood. Dirty. Filthy rooms. No hot water. Staff not helping. Cockroaches were walking around the bed. It was a nightmare in here. All the other reviews you see they are 100.% fake be sure.

Completely overpriced.
There is no parking as promised, we had to park on the street.
Then we got to the room, no key on the table as we were told. No toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo.
The bed was for 2 people in a dark little room, with 3 sides touching the cold wall.
The living room had no windows, but an overall depressing light and atmosphere.
If you are lucky, you will get the code for the door and the wifi in a mail, otherwise good luck coming in! The reception is closed evening and afternoon and I called different numbers until the 4th time someone finally answered and a few hours later we had keys and toilet paper.
Terrible view out of our only window, facing some trashcans and other rubbish behind the house.response / report this review -

Nice place to stay. Apartments essential but clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to the station, so it's a great spot if you wish to travel to/from Jerusalem. Would reccommend it.

Отличное сочетание цены и качества. Изумительное расположение, с точки зрения транспортной связности (и автобусная станция и ЖД станция в пешей доступности). Апартаменты оборудованны всем необходимым. Местами раздолбано, розетка может болтаться, или ржавая дверка душевой, но очень чисто и приятно.
Бельё бестолковое, вот да : ) Ну и не самый привлекательный район, считается, хотя на самом деле он безопасный.response / report this review
