I've stayed here perhaps a dozen times. It is my favorite hotel on the beach in Tel Aviv. Impeccably maintained, excellent atmosphere to meet guests, amazing breakfast buffet, and lots of view of the beach. If you like sushi, they have perhaps the best sushi restaurant in Tel Aviv.

Beautiful hotel. We were quickly checked in. Room was very comfortable. Love the slippers and robe that are in the room to use. The toiletries are Ahava. Love their products.
The location is wonderful. Right on a beautiful beach and so many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I look forward to coming back soon.response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel, breakfast is superb and the pool is amazing. Pool staff is excellent. Staff at breakfast are nice but a little slow to clear tables. The main issue I have is the concierge/ front desk. They were shockingly rude and unhelpful. My mother asked if they would call us a taxi. A simple enough request. We asked two different people, one said no and pointed us to the security guard outside, as if it should be their job. I went up to the second person there, a woman, and she gave me a rude look and told me to call an Uber. Fair enough, but we wanted to pay cash. It’s not hard for them to call a taxi, this was the norm in hotels just a couple years ago. Neither were busy with other guests, they were just being lazy and unprofessional. This is unacceptable service for a 5 star hotel where rooms are ~$800USD/night.

We were here on the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia Israel 75 Mission, so we can't comment on price as our hotel stays and meals were included in the total Mission price. I'm sure that we paid less than the rates you see on the website. Nice rooms, dining rooms, and pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. If you plan to use the pool, bring swim goggles. They fill their pool from the Mediterranean Sea, which is only about 100m away. Clear, clean water but VERY salty. The beach is only a short walk down the hill from the hotel.

A gorgeous building located next to the sea! I spent few days at Hilton Hotel for a dance comp and everything was super delightful. Rated personnel, food quality, cleanliness service. I really recommend the Japanese restaurant in the lobby area.

My favorite Hilton location in the world. Amazing views from every room, top notch hospitality, clean and updated rooms. Great for business and family stays. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and I hope to be back soon!

A big beautiful hotel with lots of amenities and an unbelievable location. Get ready to pay top dollar for this place for it doesn't come affordable. They have their own beach, which has a fair amount of rocks, so watch your step.

This hotel is amazing. They welcome everyone with open arms. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. They have an amazing breakfast that is worth the price. The view from our room was spectacular. It was to cold to swim but walking on the beach was delightful

The Hilton Tel Aviv is a pristine hotel. The views are stunning, no matter what floor you chose to stay on. We had several challenges during our stay and everyone on the Concierge team responded with urgency and excellence. They consistently went above and beyond to help assist and provide direction. The entire hotel staff reflected this same set of values. The food and service on the executive floor was superb and created the perfect place to eat and connect. There are also multiple other restaurants to choose from. If you are going to be in Tel Aviv I would highly recommend you choosing the Hilton.

I came to Hilton Tel Aviv for a convention.
I didn't stay at the hotel, so my review would only address the dining room and conference rooms.
Both were of high quality: clean, tidy and well suited for the majority of guests.
The lounge is breathtaking, with a complete view of the sea which pulls you into a dreamland.

Interesting place. Lost our reservation. Then when I called room service they wouldn't serve me despite the hours on the menu. Odd situation. Staff is friendly and helpful. They just need to actually honor reservations and serve their customers.

Terrible hotel. Way better staying off at either the Sheridan or literally any other hotel. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes for the ridiculous elevators that stop at every single floor. It truely is awful. Also very over priced and inflated. As an experienced traveler please heed my advice and go to a different hotel. I'm literally taking time out of my day to inform anyone so they don't fall into the trap this place is

Checked into a boiling room. No towels left for the pool chairs (how did they not anticipate this) pool is freezing and dirty looking ( that's why no one is in it). 8 sets of steps to get to a cold kids pool. For a hotel with this name and for this price it seems strange to not have waiters at the pool. Only been here for an hour but so far I'm extremely underwhelmed. Hilton representatives would be shocked.

Excellent spacious room facing north. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was again excellent. All as you can expect from the Hilton brand. Hotel is 15-20 mins walk from the north harbour with all the shops and restaurants and 5km from the Old Jaffa Port.

Staff was hit and miss. I was changing rooms due to a reservation problem. I was told to be out of my old room at noon, but my new room wasn't ready until 5:00. One day, I wasn't left with any towels after cleaning. It took 3 phone calls to get towels delivered to my room. I expect more from a high-end hotel for the price.

The Hilton TLV is more of a symbol than another top hotel. The location is great, right between the marina and walking trail along the sea. The rooms are nice and clean with an amazing view of the Mediterranean. I found the food was rich with options, however did not find any of the dishes beyond good.

The Hilton Tel Aviv is an all around excellent hotel. The hotel is located right on the Mediterranean with direct access to the beach and a beautiful boardwalk. My room had a magnificant view of both the Mediterranean and Tel Aviv. A short walk along the boardwalk will bring you to all of the great restaurants and shops at the Tel Aviv Port. The hotel staff is outstanding. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. This includes the front desk as well as the wonderful lounge on the 17th floor. Breakfast in the lounge includes everything from fresh bread and scrambled eggs to a large selection of cheeses, vegetables, fruit juices, cappuccino, pastries, etc. Dinner in the lounge includes vegetables, cheeses, fresh breads, fish, tapas, sauteed gourmet mushrooms, wine, beer, spirits, cake, tarts, fresh fruit, freshly baked sweets, etc. The guestroom was spacious and very nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, dresser, desk, lighted closet, large modern bathroom, separate bathtub and shower, bathrobes, slippers, vanity mirror, minibar, TV, balcony with chairs, etc. Room service included complimentary bottled water, nightly turn down with chocolates, a half bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and chocolate truffles. The room was modern and impeccably clean. The room was very quiet and peaceful, and the environmental controls worked very well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Overall, excellent experience. Of particular note, the food was unbelievable. The daily buffets at Café Med were spectacular. I travel extensively, and this was by far the best onsite "hotel" food I've had.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms and great service! During my stay I was able to enjoy the top floor lounge and spent a little time there each day enjoying the view of the Med and the beach. Great food, wine and beer with very attentive service. The Concierge helped me to book a tour to Jerusalem which went very well. This may be an expensive hotel, but you get what you pay for and it was well worth the price!
