Room was not cleaned daily. Dusty furniture, dirty curtains. Even after bringing this to the attention of management, nothing was addressed. Reception staff are arrogant.

Busy hotel. But have to be very careful with your belongings that is in your room when they come to clean the room. Quite a number of us got our things stolen.

Wouldn't stay there again. Below standard room. Whole place needs updating. Cleaning crew left messes for days. No power for hours on Shabatt, and no elevator. Even though meals were included, no food was available on Shabatt either. Would've been nice to have advance notice of those details.

Simple, clean, polite, free breakfast was nice, free WiFi was good. Would use again. A bath plug would have been nice but being fair I didn't ask for one when I saw it wasn't there.

The rooms were fairly nice, but the food buffet provided for meals was not very good when compared to other hotels. The mall under the hotel was a nice touch.

Breakfast room filthy. Everything sticky, including the floor. Months of grime. Breakfast ok. Was cold so got out the blanket. Obviously hadn't been changed for months if not years. Wouldn't stay again.

I have never been so appalled by a hotel (or rather motel) in my life! I am a very frequent traveler, and therefore I stay at many hotels too. I have never experienced a staff that was so unhelpful and even disrespectful to even basic requests necessities.
*STORY TIME*
Sheets were dirty and full of hair when I got to my room, so I requested new clean sheets. After four requests were ignored or "pushed off," I spoke with the head of staff and told him of my predicament. He sent someone up right away with the supposedly new sheets.
What I received was ONE SHEET!
JUST ONE!
No pillow case or blanket cover! I went back down and spoke with the manager and he started arguing with me that I asked for a sheet and he gave me a sheet. WHAT A JOKE OF AN EXCUSE!
This is just one story picked from the myriad of issues that I had to deal with over my several night stay.
NEVER STAY HERE.

Stayed here for several days with a group. Although food was good. When we arrived at the hotel we were given a set of 3 electronic room keys, after trying all 3 we realized none of the keys worked. Naturally I walked downstairs and asked for a new set. After receiving the set and checking the keys we realized once again none of the keys worked. The same pattern repeated another 2 times before I finally demanded a physical key, I was given the key under threat of $100 if I lose the key even though they could not provide me with working keys????? Seems like a scam to rip off tourists. Would not go again.

Value for Money : Was at the Hotel as part of a Group from India. Stay was comfortable with a decent spread for breakfast ( including freshly made omelette ) and dinner. Wifi was available throughout the Hotel. Unlike in India they don't tag the buffet items and you had to keep guessing on taste and flavour. Tags can help wastage of food.
Rooms were small, fittings very basic and need more attention to details -
The coffee maker cord was too small to reach the plug point ( located on top of the mirror).response / report this review -

We stayed here for about 5 days with our tour group. The hotel is definitely clean, but the appliances in the rooms and the bathrooms are old and they fell apart. The food was actually ok - great variety of salads and sides. This is a Kosher place - know this as you go eat there.

Was the nicest place we stayed on our Birthright trip. Huge cafeteria for breakfast and dinner and the rooms had great amenities. Wifi was expensive about $10 a day.

Prime location, affordable, and pleasing to the eye. Tight balcony if you're hosting a wedding, but doable. Good food. Some of the rooms are small and the public bathrooms are located in the basement and poorly maintained, but that's a minor point. Connected to the Center One shopping mall and right by the central bus station where you can get to or from anywhere in the country- truly the gate to Jerusalem!

It's just ok. If you need to be at the hub of public transportation this is it.. Beds ok .. Food just ok.. Only interesting thing here is that you see jews and Arabs getting along very well.

To start with for an emergency don't try to contact the hotel on the contact number given on their web page or any other number since even though there's a recording going it doesn't work.
Even if you try to contact the reception they DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH (but unfortunately they do have a web site published in English language)
Also they don't seem to be knowing how to operate a telephone since otherwise even when you receive a call especially from overseas usually you don't get transferred to other departments, kept on hold or even go to the extreme of disconnecting the line purposely.
Hope somebody from the management with proper scene look in to this matter after all if they wish to improve on their star category.response / report this review
