Is the best hotel I ever been , this is a small hotel where you feel warm and comfortable because the stuff is very nice and people are very helpful. They will do anything to make you feel like at home, this is not a crazy crowded place because of that the attention is personal. The gym area is amazing , with a view to Jerusalem , the food service and quality is excellent , great buffet 💕 This is my first time in Israel and this is the place to be also the people who stay in the hotel is super nice and sweet 💕

We had a most enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The staff and service was very good. We really felt it was the place to stay. A few minutes walk from Mamilla Mall and the Western Wall.

A nice hotel with a brilliant breakfast selection. The hotel is handy for city centre and has a bus stop outside which you can get to many tourist places. The staff are friendly and helpful and I am sure that we will stay here again.

Decent hotel with adequate rooms. Nice bar, small area for table service dining. An easy walk to First Station for restaurants and a few shops. Morning buffet was adequate and serving staff was friendly and accomidating.

If you are put on the first floor, prepare to not sleep; Traffic and locals will keep you up until the early hours of morning. If you rented a car, prepare to not be able to park on site, as they only have 5 spots. If you didn’t book breakfast in your package, it’s 80 sheckels a person ($22-25 USD).
Orthodox friendly hotel: 1 elevator turned off for holidays and Shabbat, room service is non-cooked items only for Shabbat and holidays.
Staff are friendly, breakfast is pretty good (buffet style with decent selection), the hotel is close to the old city (about 1 mile).
Not likely to return to this hotel based off this experience.response / report this review -

Good location. 3 minutes walk to the bus station. Friendly staff. The room itself is small and very outdated. When I walked in the hotel, I noticed the fragrance they use. It's weird. Time for a renovation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only 20 minute walk to the old city and even less to emek refaim. Parking is no problem and getting around the city is easy from the hotel.

Hotel is decent, as well as the food. The rooms are a bit small, and the decorations are weird. Not bad compared to other hotels in the country.
