The hostesses are god awful bimbos. Crying about every little thing the customers say after waiting 25 minutes for a place to sit (we were first in line, 2 people).
After that they confronted me for only leaving a 15% tip.

Never come here! Beware! Be aware.

Nothing changed at Japanika Givatayim since earlier reviews I found on the web, au contraire, it goes downhill.
For some months now we order take out over the phone and come to pick it up. Last few weeks it reached delays of some 45 minutes on top of the whatever minutes they promise when taking the order. Complaints to the restaurant manager are shifted to the central phone answering service. I do not care who's to blame, the system does not work, they do not react to complaints and I am not getting reasonable service.
To top it off, last night's orders of sushi with avocado were disgusting, dark brown, hard, tasteless chunks of avocado. Yes, avocados are expensive now, so either take it off the menu, or charge more, do not put crap in my sushi. Sayonara Japanika!
