שיכון דירות אשר עבר הסבה למלון ומכאן גם החדרים המתוכננים יותר כדירות קטנות ולא חדרי מלון סטנדרטים (לדעתי זהו יתרון). ישנו מגוון של חדרים שמותאמים לזוגות, משפחות קטנות וחדרים גדולים יותר (סוויטות).
בחדרים בהם שהינו יש מטבחונים קטנים, עם מקרר וגז. המקרר שלנו היה קטן מדי ובלי מקפיא, לא הייתי בונה על זה אבל נחמד שיש.
בסה"כ החדרים מאובזרים היטב, מעוצבים ולא נופלים ברמתם מהרבה בתי מלון נחשבים יותר.
יש טלויזיות בסלון ובחדר שינה.
במלון בריכה מקורה ומפנקת עם מרפסת חיצונית. ישנה סאונה יבשה ורטובה, לא ביקרתי ולכן לא נותן חוות דעת עבורה.
יש בריכת ילדים וחדר כושר קטן גם כן במתחם הבריכה.
עוד במלון, משחקייה לילדים, טניס שולחן ושולחן ביליארד. (לפחות זה מה שראיתי).
לובי המלון מזמין ונעים, יש אח לחימום, פסנתר עם קלידןחביב שמנגן בשעות הערב.
חדר האוכל לא גדול במיוחד אך התגלה כהפתעה.
כל הארוחות היו מוצלחות וטעימות, מבחר של מנות, סלטים, גבינות וקינוחים ממש ברמה גבוהה.
הצוות במלון היה אדיב במיוחד ומחוייך, שתיה קלה וכיבוד קל בשעות היום באיזור הלובי, ובבריכה ככה סתם באמצע היום חולקו הפתעות (גלידות).
בסה"כ מאוד נהננו והופתענו לטובה מהמלון, מה שמחזק את הפתגם הידוע על הקנקן ומה שבתוכו
מבחוץ המראה יכול לאכזב כיוון שמדובר בבית דירות ישן (שיכון) שעבר שיפוץ ומסביבו שיכונים שעדיין גרים בהם התושבים והמלון ממש נטמע בתוך שכונת המגורים, אך היתרונות בהחלט נמצאים בתוך המלון ובמה שיש לו להציע.
ואיך אפשר בלי להתלונן?
אז ככה, הסיבה ל 4 כוכבים מבחינתי היא שבמלון אין מעלית כלל, כיוון והוא בנויי מחדרי מדרגות לשעבר, אין מסדרון אחד בכל קומה ולא יועד מלכתחילה לשמש כמלון, לא ניתן לבנות מעלית לכל חדר מדרגות ואתם יכולים למצוא את עצמכם במקרה הטוב עולים קומה אחת עם כל הציוד ובמקרה הפחות טוב עושים את המסע הזה דרך 4 קומות.
אני מניח שניתן לבקש עזרה מצוות המלון אך הסתדרתי לבד.

No elevators. There are 4 floors! No electrical outlets in bathroom. Shower leak caused water to run onto floor. Sub standard dingy and old dirty room. Front desk staff not friendly and rude. The wait staff was helpful and efficient. The bright spot was the excellent wine and good food. The lobby was pleasant albeit dark as lights were not on n in the morning.

- Large rooms (apartment hotel) ideal for families.
- Indoor swimming pool
- Good food & coffee
- Friendly staff
- Many activities

Cons:
- No elevator
- Rooms need some renovation
- Food service in the lobby is slow

Great hotel. Tasty food and friendly service. The room was lovely. Plenty of space and comfortable. Everything is well kept and clean. The only minor fault was that both TV remote control units didn't work and couldn't be fixed even after we called for assistance from reception. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay at this peaceful oasis.

Nice hotel with indoor pool and fireplace. Great for winter exploration of the Negev and the Ramon crater.

Nice staff. Our rooms was big enough for a family. No elevator though.

Cuzy, family oriented, loved the tea bar, great food.
Thought No elevator to the 4 floor rooms Rooms are old fashioned, still trying to understand what makes this hotel a 4 stars..

Friendly, clean, and comfortable hotel. Great food! One problem: no elevators - you might have to walk up two flights of stairs to get to your room.

Rooms are very, very simple. Without any attempt to make them more lively. Nothing waits in the room when you arrive - not even a bottle of water.

No elevetor. Mattresses are so uncomfortable. Other than that the place is nice. Great breakfast and nice swimming pool. Service is good too.

Excellent desert hotel. Quality tradition of Isrotel! Excellent for families. Best value for money. Not fancy shm'ancy but nice and large rooms. Very good breakfast. Indoor swimming pool. Our place in Mitzpe Ramon!

It is a cozy and yet a fancy looking hotel. The rooms are quite shabby. But this is to the building was converted from a local "train" community building into a hotel, which makes it historical and unique. Rooms are comfy and clean. No elevator!
