Avoid at all costs. Extremely nasty service ..
Despite multiple phone calls to the service whilst at the airport we were unable to find the meeting point nor person. We were shouted at by the Israel Concierge person on the phone and then hung up on. After our third call and being hung up on we had to look after ourselves.
Worst of all, on seeking a refund we have been threatened with legal action and hassle when retuning to Israel include against the children in our party.

Those guys are great! We have arrived 30 min earlier at the meeting point and they directly took care of us!
The service was very good we have passed all security and passport control in less than 25 min!
I definitely recommend this company! Professional, nice and very kind.

I have used this service twice.

The first time was excellent and I was very impressed with the service.

The second time, unfortunately, was far less satisfactory. Due to delays at both security and passport control I am not sure that the service was any faster than normal.

I expressed my concern to the company who explained that on occasion the service does not work as expected. And sorry. Personally, I would have expected a more customer focused response from a VIP service.

If the inconsistency with the service could be resolved with guarantees i would consider using them again; without this commitment I would not.
