I'm an American Medical Student, thus I have lived in Israel for over 3 years. I was so terrified of dealing with brokers and being seen as a "rich American" that I stayed in the same exact apartment my first 3 years. When 4th year came around that was no longer an option because we are only in Israel for a couple months the entire year and my landlord will only do 1 year leases. So I started searching Air Bnb, Facebook, brokers, etc. I saw apartment after apartment and honestly thought I was in Ghana OR in a 15 meter shoe box. Apartments that as an American, as a human, I would not even consider liveable. It was an ABSOLUTE nightmare until I found Feel Home. Katia however immediately understood what I was looking for and did not waste my time. She literally showed me ONE apartment, that was all it took for me to know that it's the one I want. Beautiful, modern, central location (on Ben Yehuda), secured building with an elevator, spacious, fully equipped (blow dryer, Apple TV, Nespresso machine, etc.). Even as a medical student on a very tight budget, I can honestly say that this apartment couldn't be more worth it. Elonie was so incredible with the paperwork, walking me through the terms (only 3 pages). And Nir, is the MOST patient, most honest person I've ever met. He patiently showed me every detail of the apartment, explaining everything throughly. Even though it was past 5pm, he was in NO rush to leave or rush through. He answered EVERY single question I had honestly and accurately. He knew the apartment like the back of his hand. Even as a 28 year old female who's in Israel alone, I felt so comfortable and at ease renting from this team. It is only my 2nd day in the apartment and I'm already dreading having to move out

I am currently in a FeelHome Israel apt
March 5 - 19, 2019.
Not only does this apartment fill every need I required (near the sea, 2 bdrms, accessible for my daughter who is using a walker while recovering from 2 broken ankle surgeries, on premise parking, washing machine/dryer, full kitchen, high def TV with cable subscription for movies & Wi-Fi)
but the care and expertise my inquiry was handled made our lives so easy
and a pleasure during a difficult time dealing with this injury.
I am thankful for all the assistance and care.
It reminds me of the 20+years I worked at
a 5 Star hotel in Los Angeles,
how we treated and accommodated our guests ~ it's really nice to be on the receiving end of hospitality, luxury
and comfort.

David was an incredible host. Very well prepared. He was expecting us, and immediately saw us into the apartment. The apartment is superb, and exactly as described. It is literally in the heart of Tel Aviv, and the perfect location. The apartment itself is clean, and perfect for a relaxing time. I would 100% stay here again, and recommend to all of my friends.
