Pretty Hotel, but they have crazy people working over there. A driver of a golf car threated on my boyfriend for 10 minutes, telling him he was a thai boxing champ, the unit of his army and other crazy stuff, because my boyfriend complained when this guy started to drive, while my boyfriend wanted to get out the bags of the car, so he almost fell.
A guard was watching everything not helping us, while this guy almost started to hit my boyfriend.
It is not a safe place to stay in. Crazy people working there.
To bad for the rest of the staff who was friendly and nice.response / report this review -

Great place, one of the most beautiful and charming hotels. Green, clean with spectacular neighborhood near to the coral underwater observatory and many other activities. This is a perfect place if you want to spend a day close to nature and top ranked atrractions in Eliat.

The place is beautifully located on the slope of the mountain. Cabins give a nice feeling of intimacy and the one we stayed in was well-maintained. The staff is really helpful, the breakfasts offer an immense choice of delicious food, both European and Israeli.

Disappointing. I used to go here when I was a child and used to be a lot of fun. Now it’s different. The food is not fresh and the rooms are not maintained as a 5 star hotel should. The cleaning lady did take the towels but did not replace them, for both of our rooms. The jacuzzi next to the pool was not warm and was barely even working. The ac in the room was not working at all hope things will change soon, this is quite sad to see

Great hotel. Thai architecture and style. Brings peace of mind with views to the magnificent Red Sea. Location is 7 minutes drive from City center but there are shuttle which makes it accessable.
Food served here is moderate (breakfast & dinners) but Kosher (maybe this is the reason)
Room maintenance is great.

Nice hotel, but the housekeeping service is very bad, and it seems there is lack of maintenance all over.
They took our towels and didn’t supplied new ones.
Towels are dirty and sheets are torn.
Also took sheet of extra bad and didn’t brought us new one.
The bath is very filthy in many rooms as i heard several people talking about it
The wood shape is very bad almost falling apart.
The hotel is very far from the city center so if you’re not mobile it will cost some money to take taxies all around.
Probably i won’t book here again.
Breakfast is quite nice and the dining room staff is very pleasant.response / report this review -

This hotel looks like paradise and has a nice atmosphere, but
This hotel ends your night at 7pm and is extremely far from the city (they tell you to take the bus to the city, but the last bus back is at 9:30pm). Nothingdescribed and the staff do not take any responsibility and simply do not care about the guests. There is no snorkel rental as described, and like the pool, jacuzzi, and gym, the bike rental also ends at 7pm (although not written anywhere). The hotel is catered for kids and does not offer anything for teenagers and adults to do after 7pm. If you are looking to pay for a room and a pool, you can go to another other in Eilat, that is closer to the city.
I do not recommend this hotel, unless you have kids. It may look amazing by appearance, but the staff are not polite and the hotel services not as described.response / report this review -

Great hotel. Everything was great, the food was tasty and the hotel's crew was very nice. The room was perfect. There is a beach very close to the hotel-only 200 m.

Some of the rooms are old and need renovation. The Shambala rooms even though is the newer development are old and need improvement better get a room in the Siam side. These rooms have been recently renovated. The service is quite poor. The food is not OK.

Nice hotel but Management is lazy and staff is not trained. Problems with door locks. Jaccuzzi in the room takes hours to fill, few phone calls to make sure it is warm and 3 visit from the staff who does not seem to care much.
