A nice place to spend the afternoon in. T.L.V.
BUT there is some good and some bad things:
the good things are:
✓ the staff makes you feel like they care about you being satisfied with your dish.
✓ the look of the restaurant and the environment feels a little bit European & classy.
✓ big dish.
✓ Nice plating
The bad things are:
× The first rule in authentic italian restaurant is: Make your own pasta. but at this italian restaurant they using a Frozen gnocchi and boil it- and the taste felt like plastic/cheap gnocchi. and for that non-handmade gnocchi with shrimps, they bill around 130 shekel.
× Very high priced dishes for mediocre food.

Excellent food, quality ingredients, nice cozy atmosphere. I ordered shrimp on the grill with cannelloni yoghurst, special order of the tday. I can't say it has a good correlation between pricing and proportions, but that's what you get for top quality food.

If there was an option to leave a review without mandatory 1- star I would. If you are looking for a complete waist of time and money, this is the place for you. It's complimantive to call this place a Restutant. Poor service, less then mediocre cosine

Food was meh, had cardboard paper in my dish, service was unbelievably bad , hostess was super unprofessional,, felt like the place was run by children. Cheeky pricing, 15 NIS Pepsi bottle , false advertising, what not, deserves -5 stars

We with my wife was in this restaurant after big renovation and they made Italkia great again! They totally change everything and now it isn't same restaurant, that few months ago: they keep best things and dishes and changed all the bad things in the service. Now it's 10 salmon pizzas of 10!

We ordered, as we were very hungry, the foccacia bread with accompaniments, to be brought immediately to the table and then we would order starters and main courses. The tiny excuse for a bread was brought with butter, jam and pesto. Not what was stated on the menu, which is, flavoured olive oil, and olives. took about 15 minutes trying to attract a waitresses attention before we were brought a stingy portion of olives. After waiting a further 40 minutes to try and place an order for a starter and main course, we left the money on the table for the bread, gave up and left. This restaurant is not even worth one star even though google post forces me to activate a star in order to post this review

The service was -very- slow (and sometimes unrespectful). It took about 20 minutes until we could spot a waitress to order the food. Maybe it was because of the event nearby.
The dishes sizes were a little bit smaller than expected. 110 NIS for 10 Shrimps with a bit of sauce is way too high.
Anyway, the Shrimps were too cooked. The waitress suggested that I'd replace it with another dish, which was very nice of her.
Unfortunately, the other dish was not a great success as well.
