Have to give a 5 for the service, after last time they made a mistake and sent a new pizza to me which was almost surprising for an Israeli customer service. The pizza itself is not bad but it's not amazing.

Well, I don’t know where to start; the delivery was so late and didn’t match the delivery time description. When I called to the branch I was said that it’s a loaded day(non of my problem). When I called to cancel the order I was hanged up after waiting for 7 minuets. Later when I finally managed to get an answer I was told that the manager was busy. I’ll recommend that you should never ever order from this place. I must say that the delivery guy was very attentive and nice but at the end of the day I didn’t got my food that I was paying for. A shame.

Wow wow wow!! How gross can a place which serves food allow itself to be??
I, for real, saw the "chef" take a piece of vegetable from the cutting board and eat it and then continue chopping more..
There were a small pile of trash of varying kind laying at the floor and a broom, which I wouldn't even use to scrub a public restroom, placed on top if it.

They are super slow when ordering at the place, and we only ordered a salad which looked like was made 2 days ago and didn't taste that well

The service wasn't great at all, there was a line of people waiting to order yet no sight of a staff member. the pizza takes a long time and the shop itself isnt very clean. cheasy bites is probably the best option, still good tasting pizza.
